About the position

We are looking for PSWs to join our team of professionals. Under the supervision of the Registered Staff, you will provide personal care and selected nursing measures necessary to maintain the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being of residents.

Qualifications:

  • Current PSW certification
  • Able to accept verbal and written direction
  • Able to cope with the physical and emotional demands of the job
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills (able to read and write in English)
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Geriatric, long term care experience is an asset

Compensation:

  • Sign-on bonus of $1000 ($500 after 450 hours and $500 after 1950 hours)
  • Benefits for Full-Time (Fergus, Harriston, and Tavistock locations), and Part-Time (Fergus)
